It sounds 2.0 to me, which means I'm probably wrong. As far as the topical guesses go (never any guarantee about the MJM being topical though!), I was thinking something 4/20 related or something Ventura related -- but it's not the Makisupa from 7/20/98 for example (would have been perfect right?). And I checked both Ventura shows (7/30/97 and 7/20/98 -- no dice). My trigger happy 8/12/04 S&SS guess came from the fade out being in the same key... but I checked all the S&SS from 2.0 and it doesn't fit. I also thought it'd be a dirty trick to have Phish's "final" fadeout (Coventry Curtain With) but it's not that either. Someone will figure this out by tonight I'm sure, but this is a really good one because it's nondescript but not impossible... to be clear, I don't think anyone has gotten it thus far, unless I'm deaf and it _is_ Waves from IT all along (but I've listened to that WAY too many times so I might need to get my head checked if it is).
