This reads like it's straight from Nugs.net PR! Customer service has most decidedly not improved one tiny bit; it's only gotten worse and worse. They only updated the app because they were embarrassed into it and their stock response to webcast problems that "other people are getting it" as if that absolves them of responsibility is the worst thing they could tell people. I love Phish but I'd really love to see them with these losers.
