Review by WeatherReport

WeatherReport This was the third show on the "mini tour" my friends and I went on in 1992. This show and Ithaca show were definitely the best of the four shows I saw on this tour. The above reviewer was right on about the EL thing, it was a crazy scene in that old theater. The place was beautiful, with great acoustics to boot. The second set was one of the best I've ever seen, crackling with energy. Even the version of Lenghtwise with Mimi Fishman on vacuum was strangely entertaining at the time. The first set was also really good, with the weird sound experiment "Vibration Of Life" being particularly amusing, considering the general state of mind of most audience members. After the show the parking lot scene was fun for a few hours, then everyone headed for home. My friends had decided earlier not to continue on to the next show in PA. I wasn't too thrilled with this, so I went and bought a ticket for the 12-13-92 show at Le Spectrum in Montreal as soon as I got home.
