Review by thelot

thelot The recording for this show is decent. It almost sounds like a SBD but may be a decent audience recording. There are some cassette generations in it’s lineage but the music still comes through clear. Luckily there’s no pitch issues which has been an issue the last few shows preceding this one.

The recording cuts out midway through Set 2. It sounds like there may have been a guest appearance later in the show. Trey jokes about it being Bruce Springsteen, but there’s a good chance this was John Popper’s first time collaborating on stage with the band. Btw this was also Phish’s first time playing the Wetlands Preserve as it had just opened 2 weeks prior to this show. It’s unclear if the band played 3 sets on this night.
